Ruler: King Malcolm Finn Ellesmere

Throne: Ellesmere Keep

The most densely populated of all the kimdoms, Llanfyllin is protected on its western border by the Cambrian Mountains. Ellesmere Keep was constructed out of one of the largest of that range, with mazes of tunnels and caverns within. The towns in the east have close ties with England through trade and commerce, and Kim Quinn of Wrexham, heir to the throne is married to the daughter of the English Duke of Northumberland. King Malcolm is one of the longest-serving monarchs in the history of the kingdom, holding the crown for more than 30 years. He is the oldest of eight children, his four brothers all serving as Kims, his three sisters wed to nobles in England and France. Llanfyllin is also the site of the annual Festival of Weylin, commemorating the victory of King Edmund the Protector, the founder of the kingdom, over the Celts. Citizens from each of the eight kimdoms flock to the capital city for the Festival, which in addition to the Tournament of Warriors, also features wide varieties of revels and entertainment.
